Bio
Ph.D., Florida State University, 1997, Organizational Behavior and Theory. Teaching areas include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Industrial Relations. Research interests include organizational politics, impression management, employee training, employee punishment and discipline, and employee performance measurement, management, and appraisal. Research publications include articles in Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Human Relations, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Journal of Labor Research, and the Journal of Individual Employment Rights. Dr. Bozeman also has coauthored a chapter in the book, Organizational Politics, Justice, and Support: Managing the Social Climate of the Workplace.
