Kyoung Yong Kim is a doctoral candidate in Management Department at the C.T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. His research interests focus on organizational behavior. Specifically, he is interested in leadership, organizational support theory, and gender issues in organizations. He received his Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
