Bio

Richard Skinner is a 4th year Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Decision and Information Sciences at the C.T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. Prior to commencing his doctoral studies, Richard enjoyed 20 years of professional experience in information systems management within the energy and investment banking sectors in the US, UK, and the Netherlands. He received an executive MBA from Henley Business School, University of Reading in 2013. Richard's research interests include Project Post Implementation Reviews, Meta-Analysis / Meta-Synthesis, and the Delphi method.
