Brandan Harmon is currently a Principle at the Interface Financial Group in Houston Texas where his company provided working capital for small and early stage businesses.
Previously, Mr. Harmon was a Principle Consultant with Bridgewater Partners specializing in interim and fractional management focusing on turn-around and rapid growth. He has added value to clients in Industrial Markets, Oilfield Services, Upstream and Midstream Oil and Gas, High Reliability Electronics, Consumer Products and Business Startup arenas.
In addition to financial services and consulting, Mr. Harmon has extensive international, industrial and consumer product management experience and expertise in general management, business development, new product introductions, manufacturing and supply chain optimization, product and technology transfer, post-merger integration and offshore manufacturing.
He has worked for leading companies including, ION Geophysical, NACCO Industries, Hamilton Beach Proctor Silex, Hyster Yale Material Handling, Forum Oilfield Technologies and other international companies. He has held the positions of General Manager, Vice President Operations, Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Manufacturing.
Mr. Harmon holds a Master of Business Administration and BA in Economics from Cleveland State University and has completed post graduate coursework at the Harvard Business School and the University of Massachusetts.
