Ashley Salaiz is from Omaha, Nebraska. She earned her B.A. from Southern Methodist University and her M.B.A. from Schiller International University. She has previously worked as an internal auditor for KPMG and General Electric.
Ashley is primarily interested in strategy. Specifically, her current research focuses on corporate social performance factors that affect the innovation, reputation and performance of corporations. Other research interests include corporate governance as it relates to the occurrence of ethical violations in organizations.
