The Graduate Real Estate Program is sponsoring a complimentary one day workshop to provide an orientaiton to the ARGUS Cash Flow Projection Asset Valuation Tool. Students will learn what the ARGUS program is, how to achieve certification, how to use ARGUS cash flow reports, and see examples of various types of reports available and their uses. This workshop is an orientation, not a class to learn how to operate the ARGUS model. *LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED TO ATTENDING STUDENTS* Students are invited to attend and will be admitted through registration with the Graduate Real Estate Program.
