We hope the semester is going well and you are back to a more ‘normal’ term. We opened our campus this Fall and are operating in face to face, hybrid and online modes. I am writing to update you on some new developments and global initiatives in the Bauer College.
News and Initiatives
Sustainable Energy Impact Community
The C. T. Bauer College of Business and its Gutierrez Energy Management Institute (GEMI) have begun leading a Sustainable Energy Impact Community under the umbrella of the Global Business School Network (GBSN). For more information, click here.
C. T. Bauer College of Business Builds Partnership
with the University of Bahrain
Bauer has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Bahrain to expand global offerings of research and student programs, initially in our Global Energy and Management & Leadership graduate programs. For more information, click here.
Executive Education for Global Organizations
Executive Education at Bauer has developed a customized Management in Business Excellence (MBE) program with Katoen Natie University to deliver impact, benefits and value to their employees. Other offerings include our Mini MBA and Certificate programs in Energy, Healthcare, Women in Leadership and Data Analytics. For more information, click here.
SURE℠ Program expands its global reach
Our award winning Stimulating Urban Renewal Through Entrepreneurship (SURE℠) Program, is currently developing partnerships with Universities worldwide including in India, Indonesia, Latin America and Africa. For more information, click here.
COIL Courses at Bauer
Several faculty members at the Bauer College have offered Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) projects to our students during these pandemic times. Our partners included Tec De Monterrey, UFM Guatemala and the University of Jordan. For more opportunities to collaborate please contact us.
Bauer is Open for International Student Exchanges
Our college is open and ready to receive international students for one or two semester exchanges. Several Bauer students are also looking forward to spend a semester abroad at our partner schools for Spring 2022, including our newest partners Universidad Francisco Marroquín, Guatemala and NEOMA Business School, France. Inaugural Bauer Research Star Awards
In April, the C. T. Bauer College of Business recognized faculty whose research articles were published in a top tier academic journal in 2020. Even in the midst of a global pandemic, Bauer faculty have been prolific over the last year in moving the conversation forward in important areas of research across disciplines. Bauer MBA Rises in the Rankings
Fortune magazine recently released its ranking of Full-Time MBA programs, ranking the Bauer MBA program in the Top 25 among public institutions. Our full time MBA also moved up seven places in Bloomberg’s 2021-22 Best Business Schools List.
