The Bauer College has roughly 350 cost centers (pools of money) that are each tracked individually.  Monthly verification of those cost centers is a duty that lies with the Dean's Business Office.  Monthly reports are then generated for and distributed to each department and center for review.   Each DBA is able to run a PeopleSoft report called a "1074" to review cost center information at any point in the month and year.
