Human Resource Management & Leadership

The Master of Science in Human Resource Leadership is designed to provide students with breadth and depth of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in the field of human resource management and leadership. With its emphasis on the integration of strategic leadership thought and HRM skills, it is uniquely capable of providing graduate students the background necessary to obtain either their initial SHRM certification or, the senior certification in the case of a student who already possess relevant job experience in the HRM discipline.

How To Apply
Admission to the MS in HR Leadership program requires a four-year undergraduate degree (or foreign equivalent) in any discipline from an accredited university.
