Program Format & Structure

  • The Online MS Management & Leadership program consists of 30 credit hours and typically takes 12-18 months to complete. This online program requires students to take 9 hours per semester. This program can be taken either part time or full time. Students can take up to 12 hours per semester to expedite the degree completion.

  • Classes will be held online but there will be opportunities to meet on campus. There will be opportunities to meet with faculty one-on-one.

Admissions & Requirements

  • Admission decisions will be based on a completed application which include: official transcripts, resume, GMAT or GRE test scores, and a goal statement. GMAT/GRE waivers are available for qualified applicants.

  • Although Bauer does not have a minimum GMAT or GRE score requirement, on average, a competitive applicant will score a 580 on the GMAT, or 304 on the GRE.

  • Students that meet the requirements are eligible for University of Houston scholarships. The Bauer College of Business also offers scholarships for both domestic and international students. A single application is used for all Bauer College scholarships, which can be found on the Apply for a Scholarship page. You can apply at any time. There is no deadline, but the earlier you apply, the more scholarships there are available for which you may be considered.
