BizAI Challenge

Step into the world of AI and discover how technology is transforming business! In this fun, hands-on workshop, you’ll be introduced to how AI can be used to solve real-world business challenges — from analyzing problems effectively to making smart, data-driven decisions.

Work in a team of 2-4 students to explore, analyze, and present your best ideas to faculty and industry judges. No prior experience required — just bring your curiosity, creativity, and teamwork!

Agenda

1:45-2:00 p.m. - Check-in
2:00-3:00 p.m. - How to Use AI Agents for Business Analysis (case briefing & presentation skills)
3:00-3:10 p.m. - Break
3:10-4:10 p.m. - Team Work Session (slide preparation)
4:10-5:10 p.m. - Team Presentations (10 min presentation + 3 min Q&A per team)
5:10-5:20 p.m. - Judging and scoring
5:20-5:30 p.m. - Awards and photos

Guidelines

Teams of 2-4 students, open to grades 7-12
Work must be original; AI use is allowed but must be disclosed
15-minute presentation plus 5-minute Q&A
Bring your own laptop

Awards

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Awards - Presented to the top three teams based on total scores.
Most Creative Award - Recognizing the team with the most original and innovative solution.
Certificates - All teams will receive participation certificates issued by Bauer HCAII.
Opportunities - Outstanding participants may be invited to future Bauer faculty research or internship projects.
