Utah Criminal Defense Attorney Clayton Simms has the proven results that come only from years of hard work and dedication. Clayton Simms is one of only four attorneys in the state of Utah who are Fellows in the American Board of Criminal Lawyers. Both Super Lawyers and Utah Business Magazine have listed Mr. Simms as one of the top criminal law attorneys in Utah.
After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston, he worked in Washington D.C. for Congressman Jose E. Serrano. Clayton Simms graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah. He sat on the Utah State Bar Commission as an Ex-Officio member and was co-vice chair of the Utah State Bar Criminal Law Section.
