BCAA Event Sponsorship Packages

The Bauer College Alumni Association (BCAA) is looking for individual or company sponsorships for this upcoming year. We are looking for sponsors that want to help bring the support needed to host great events. Please find below the sponsorship levels available for our upcoming events. Bauer Alumni Event Sponsorship - $500

• Listed as the event sponsor on the website and online registration with logo
• One complimentary registration for Luncheon
• One complimentary registration for Top Golf
• Opportunity to register additional people at the sponsor event rate
• Opportunity to present a three-minute overview of your company's product or services at the beginning of the program
• Opportunity to place collateral marketing materials or information at each attendee's place setting
• Opportunity to offer a door prize for a service or material
• Your linked company website and contact information added the BCAA website

Please note that due to the advertisement aspect of this sponsorship package, the fair market value is considered to be the amount of the package (i.e. $500). As such, the gift value is $0, i.e. this is not tax deductible.

Luncheon Sponsorship - $250.00 (FMV $40)

• Listed as the event sponsor on the website and online registration with logo
• One complimentary Luncheon registration ($40)
• Your company website and contact information added the BCAA website

Please note that since the sponsorship package does not include advertising features, the gift value (i.e. tax deductible value) will be the amount of the sponsorship less the FMV of the registrations.

Top Golf Sponsorship - $250.00 (FMV $85)

• Listed as the event sponsor on the website and online registration with logo
• One complimentary Top Golf registration ($85)
• Your company website and contact information added the BCAA website

Please note that since the sponsorship package does not include advertising features, the gift value (i.e. tax deductible value) will be the amount of the sponsorship less the FMV of the registrations.
