BCAA Sponsorship Packages
The Bauer College Alumni Association (BCAA) is looking for individual or company sponsorships for this upcoming year. We are looking for sponsors that want to help bring the support needed to host great events as well as help fund scholarships for current students. Please find below the sponsorship levels available for our upcoming events. Any individuals or companies interested in being an event sponsor should contact our current sponsorship chair at baueralumni.sponsor@gmail.com.
Gold - Sponsorship - $1,000
- Listed as the Gold event sponsor on the website and online registration with logo
- An invitation to attend our Professional Series and network with Alumni and undergraduate students
- Opportunity to present a three-minute overview of your company's product or services at the beginning of the program
- Opportunity to place collateral marketing materials or information at each attendee's place setting or at the front registration table
- Opportunity to offer a door prize for a service or material
- Your linked company website and contact information added to the BCAA website and your company logo added to our Social Media Marketing posts
Please note that due to the advertisement aspect of this sponsorship package, the fair market value is considered to be the amount of the package (i.e. $500). As such, the gift value is $0, i.e. this is not tax deductible.
Silver - Sponsorship - $500
- Listed as the Silver event sponsor on the website and online registration with logo
- Opportunity to place collateral marketing materials or information at each attendee's place setting or at the front registration table
- Your company website and contact information added to the BCAA website
Bronze – Sponsorship - $250
- Listed as the Bronze event sponsor on the website and online registration with logo
- Your company website and contact information added to the BCAA website
Without knowing the price of the registration of the event, per gift rules, we assume the FMV to equal the price of the sponsorship. As such, the gift value is $0.
