Session Focuses on Leading with Emotional Intelligence

Bauer College Dean Paul A. Pavlou will be a featured speaker this week at the 16th Annual National Diversity & Leadership Conference.
The virtual event, which kicked off last week and includes Pavlou’s breakout session on Nov. 4, brings together leaders and decision-makers from a range of industries for sessions, workshops, coaching sessions and presentations focusing on leadership development and diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
“I am honored to be part of this exciting event, which directly aligns with Bauer College’s strategic objective to set the standard for promoting diversity and inclusion,” Pavlou said.
Pavlou’s session, “Leading with Emotional Intelligence,” will focus on how emotional intelligence can enhance leadership.
