Bio

Carolyn has over 30 years of business experience , primarily as a Tax Partner/Consultant with Ernst & Young (EY). During her tenure at EY she had several leadership positions, including leading EY's Business Tax Compliance service through large scale organizational and technology changes. She also worked with EY offices around the world to develop a global digital practice with the goal of assisting Fortune 100 clients respond to the changing digital requirements from various tax authorities around the world. Carolyn retired from EY in 2020 and has since served on the board of Third Coast Bank as an independent director. Carolyn is Chair of the audit committee and a member of several other committees at the bank.
