Cheryl Baldwin
Associate Dean for Executive Development
Bio
Cheryl Baldwin, Ph.D., is the Associate Dean of Executive Development and Professor of Practice in Leadership and Management at C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. With over twenty years of experience in continuing and executive education, Dr. Baldwin has helped institutions achieve operational excellence and deliver sustainable results. She has held several senior leadership positions, such as the Dean of Continuing Education and Professional Studies for Miami Dade College, Associate Dean of Continuing Education and Workforce Development for the City University of New York's Research Foundation, Executive Director of Continuing Education for Long Island University, and Assistant Director of the Marketing & Management Institute at New York University. Dr. Baldwin has also made a significant impact in the field of education and international development while working in Kenya and Rwanda.
Dr. Baldwin earned a bachelor's from Howard University, a master's from Columbia University, and a Ph.D. from St. Thomas University.
