Hunter Pearson

Bio

Hunter is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the University of Houston. He conducts financial archival research that examines the determinants, content, and consequences of firm disclosure. He received his undgrad in Business Honors and Accounting and his Master of Financial Management from Texas A&M University. He graduated from the University of Oregon with his PhD in Accounting in Spring 2025.
