Ivana Beveridge


Ivana led award-winning marketing campaigns in China, Abu Dhabi and other international locations. She has worked as a Marketing Department Manager with MIH Naspers Group in Beijing, Account Manager and Account Director with Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Abu Dhabi, Edelman in Beijing, and Pennebaker in Houston. Her campaigns include the first International IMG Golf Championship in Abu Dhabi and re-positioning of General Electric as GE Oil & Gas in Houston, to name some.

Ivana's marketing campaigns have won awards such as the Gold Excalibur Award for the Best Integrated Marketing Communications Campaign of the year by the PRSA. Her client roster includes Abu Dhabi Government, Abu Dhabi National Investor, Center Point Energy, Chinese Central TV, Etihad airways, General Electric Oil and Gas, HIMA, SABIC corporation, and Vallourec, among many others. Ivana is also experienced as a Partner and the Head of Strategy with a private education startup in China.

Before coming to the Bauer College of Business, Ivana taught at the Sorbonne University in France as well as a number of business schools in Paris. She teaches summer courses in a number of locations in Europe, and continues to be actively engaged in the marketing practice. Her practice areas include marketing strategy, brand and content management, strategic communications, and media and investor relations. Her academic research interests are in the domain of intercultural marketing and sustainable production and consumption. She published the textbook titled "International Marketing: Theory and Practice" with Routledge Publishing in 2021.

Ivana holds an MBA from Warwick University (U.K.), a Ph.D. from the Sorbonne University (France) and communicates in six languages.
