Yan Jiang

Bio
Yan Jiang is a Ph.D. candidate in Marketing at the C.T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. She holds an M.S. in Data Science from LSE and an M.S. in Marketing from Yonsei University. Prior to her doctoral studies, Yan gained valuable industry experience at L'Oréal China, where she specialized in product marketing, digital marketing, and branding. Her research focuses on the application of empirical models and machine learning techniques in marketing, with particular interest in multichannel retailing, social media, influencer marketing, and advertising.
