Curriculum
The Master of Science in Real Estate consists of 30 credits of graduate study: 6 credits of required finance and statistics courses, 12 credits of required real estate foundation courses, 9 credits of required advanced real estate courses, and 3 credits of electives. Practice-Based Education
The overall goal of the practice-based real estate program is to provide students with an education such that upon graduation they have the skills, knowledge and practical experience to be career ready.
