Bio

Tiffany L. Owens is a Ph.D. Candidate in Management and Leadership at the C. T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. Her research focuses on organizational behavior and strategic human resources, with particular attention to performance management, employee identity processes, and how organizational systems shape work experiences and leadership outcomes. Prior to entering academia, Tiffany spent over a decade in management consulting at Deloitte, leading organizational change management and business readiness initiatives supporting enterprise technology transformations. She partnered with leaders to develop human capital strategy and managed teams across public and private sector organizations. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, with professional experience spanning management consulting, human resources, public service, and teaching.
