Application Process
Admission to the SURE Program is application-based. The application will take you between 30-60 minutes to complete. We recommend that you complete the full application in one sitting. Try to pick a time when you will be uninterrupted with access to a stable internet connection. It is strongly recommended that you complete the application on a desktop computer, laptop computer, or tablet. However, if you don’t have access to a computer or tablet, you can also complete the application on a smartphone.
All applicants should have a digital picture of themselves available to upload during the application.
All who attended Application Day should have the worksheets from the event.
Applicants may have a concrete business idea or an existing business. If you are applying with a business idea, you will be asked to describe your idea. If you are applying with an existing business, you will be asked questions about the status of your business. For those with existing businesses please gather the following items if available:
- Legal formation information (e.g. Secretary of State registration, LLC paperwork, etc.)
- Financial records. We will NOT be asking for specific, privileged information. We WILL be asking for income ranges, date of first sale, etc. Having your financial records available will help you answer some of these questions.
Applications are due by Sunday, August 11th at 11:59 p.m.
