Oliver Blanco is the Assistant Director of Employer Relations at the Rockwell Career Center, C.T. Bauer College of Business (University of Houston). Oliver partners with employers to build strategic campus recruitment plans and connect organizations with top Bauer BBA, MBA, and MS talent. With experience in both graduate and undergraduate career counseling, as well as a background in HR and nonprofit, Oliver brings a comprehensive perspective to talent development and employer engagement. He is proud to be a UH and UHD alum, a nonprofit advocate, a devoted dog dad, and a trained Cougar Ally committed to inclusive student success.
