The University of Houston’s very own startup accelerator and technology entrepreneurship program, RED Labs is supported by the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship and works with UH affiliated founders and recent alumni to turn unique technology startup ideas into a high growth venture.

RED Labs provides a co-working space with access to mentors and resources in the startup community and a customized startup curriculum.


Bauer MBA Society: From the Classroom to the Boardroom

The Bauer MBA Society (BMBAS) is an organization that assists graduate-level business students to advance their careers to the next level.


BMBAS, the largest graduate student organization at Bauer College of Business, provides its members with a calendar of networking events, speaker series, and panel discussions with industry professionals, mentorship opportunities, and other professional resources throughout the Fall and Spring semesters. These established programs foster an environment of collaboration and community amongst the members with other professional organizations, alumni, and industry leaders in the Houston area.

Whether you are just starting your path, transitioning in your career, or you are already established in your chosen profession, BMBAS is here to support you with a wide range of professional opportunities and resources to help you become successful from the classroom to the boardroom. A Bauer MBA Society membership grants you access to all of our individual clubs and their events, focused on Finance, Energy, Marketing, Supply Chain, Consulting, and Healthcare.


Houston Is Real Estate

Bauer’s Stanford Alexander Center for Real Estate was built by Houston’s real estate professionals to prepare students to be industry leaders.

Learn from the expertise of practicing real estate professionals while being a member of Houston’s real estate community through internships, mentorships, scholarships, professional organization membership and career services. Students in the Stanford Alexander Center for Real Estate are expected to have experiential internships with real estate professionals, including members of Bauer’s Real Estate Advisory Board.
