With a dedicated team of faculty, staff and community partners, Bauer College offers students a strategic, integrated and inclusive approach to leadership development.

Each year, students are selected to join the new cohort in Bauer’s Ted Bauer Leadership Certificate Program, where students build a solid leadership foundation, learn to make decisions with integrity and better understand their personal strengths and the value of working with a team. Student organization officers can take their leadership experience a step further with The BOLD Series which provides officers with special leadership development training designed to help them serve their members and to collaborate other leaders.

Bauer College also offers selected student leaders the chance to participate in Leader Shape, a six-day course that uses interactive teaching methods focused on ethics, team building and personal vision building.
