The Undergraduate Real Estate Scholars (URES) provides Bauer undergraduate students with a strong platform to explore the real estate industry with a focus on educational and career opportunities.
URES Group Objectives:
- Grow & foster our students’ interest in pursuing prosperous careers in commercial real estate.
- Educate students & help them build a general foundation of knowledge to build upon.
- Provide avenues for students to interact & build long-lasting connections with industry professionals.
- Assist students with securing internships & entry-level roles in real estate finance, investment management, property operations, and brokerage.

Graduate Real Estate Club (GREC)
The Graduate Real Estate Club is an active student organization offering social and professional development opportunities to Bauer graduate students. Club activities provide valuable opportunities to attend on-site project seminars, panel discussions by real estate professionals, and participate in social events and leadership development. The club is a strong platform to explore the real estate industry with a focus on educational and career advancement.
