Revisiting Goals, One Word, and Getting Involved
Dates: 1/23 - 1/27
Description: Remember those goals you set at the top of the fall semester? Let’s revisit those and make new goals! Additionally, let’s talk about getting involved this semester as a Bauer student.

Intro. To Public Speaking
Dates: 2/6 - 2/10
Description: As a future business professional, public speaking is a tool that you need to have to help you communicate effectively to your coworkers, bosses, employees, or clients. The Peer Leaders are sharing their tips for success to help you level up!

Critical Thinking & Emotional Intelligence
Dates: 2/20 - 2/24
Description: Critical thinking and emotional intelligence are two of the most important skills that anyone can have. They are both useful in our personal and professional lives. In this seminar, the Peer Leaders will lead a series of activities to help you sharpen those tools.

Mid-Semester Check-in: Meet with the Peer Leaders or Program Manager (50 points)
Dates: 3/6 - 3/10
Description: Half-way through the semester! Share how your semester has been, your favorite memory at UH so far, or ask any questions you might have in a 25-minute meeting with a Peer Leader of your choice or the Program Manager.

Financial Literacy 101 & Scholarships
Dates: 3/20 - 3/24
Description: Learn some of the basics for budgeting and managing your money! Take an honest look at how you spend money and learn how you can be smarter with your income.  

Letter of Self-Reflection 
Dates: 4/3 - 4/7
Description: Ever wanted to know what your younger self would say to where you are right now? Take the opportunity to find out. In this seminar, you will write a letter to yourself years from now when you are graduating. At the end of the semester that you graduate, you will get the letter back and see how you have made yourself proud!

ELASP for Freshmen: Spring Highlighter Party & Vision Boards

Description: Kick off the semester with ELASP – Let’s plan out the semester and make goals for the future! Take your favorite images, pictures, and affirmations and create a vision board that inspires you and motivates you!
