  • Participants who have 5 or more absences are ineligible to receive the certificate.
  • Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled workshop start time will be marked absent.
  • Participants are expected to remain for the full duration (90 minutes) of each workshop. Early departure will be recorded as an absence unless approved by program staff for extenuating circumstances.
  • All absences count toward the attendance limit, regardless of the reason for the absence.
  • All communication about attendance and absences should go through your peer advisor.

Participant Expectations

  • Attend your assigned cohort's workshops and arrive on time.
  • Actively participate in workshop discussions and activities.
  • Engage with workshop content and activities with a willingness to learn, reflect, and grow.
  • Communicate with your Peer Advisor regarding absences or scheduling concerns.

Hybrid Cohort – Virtual Workshop Requirements

  • Access to reliable internet and a device with a functioning camera. Cameras are required to remain on for the duration of each virtual workshop.
