Requirements to Receive TBLCP Certificate
- Attend Weekly Fall & Spring TBLCP Workshops
- Attend 2 Professional Events for the Year
- Attend 2 TBLCP Social Events for the Year
- Complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment
- Attend and Participate in 1 Individual CliftonStrengths Coaching Session
- Attend and Participate in 1 Individual Meeting with a TBLCP Peer Advisor
- Complete and Submit the Fall Reflection
- Complete the Student Leadership Practices Inventory (SLPI) Assessment
- Complete the Capstone Project & Group Presentation
- Complete and Submit the End-of-Year Reflection & Feedback Form

Workshop Attendance Policy
- Participants may miss no more than 4 workshops (out of 18) during the program to remain eligible for the certificate.
- Participants who have 5 or more absences are ineligible to receive the certificate.
- Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled workshop start time will be marked absent.
- Participants are expected to remain for the full duration (90 minutes) of each workshop. Early departure will be recorded as an absence unless approved by program staff for extenuating circumstances.
- All absences count toward the attendance limit, regardless of the reason for the absence.
- All communication about attendance and absences should go through your peer advisor.
Participant Expectations
- Attend your assigned cohort's workshops and arrive on time.
- Actively participate in workshop discussions and activities.
- Engage with workshop content and activities with a willingness to learn, reflect, and grow.
- Communicate with your Peer Advisor regarding absences or scheduling concerns.
Hybrid Cohort – Virtual Workshop Requirements
- Actively engage in virtual workshop discussions, activities, and breakout sessions
- Access to reliable internet and a device with a functioning camera. Cameras are required to remain on for the duration of each virtual workshop.
- Join virtual workshops from a quiet, stationary, and distraction-free environment. Joining a workshop while driving, riding in a vehicle, walking around, or from another distracting environment does not meet participation expectations.
- Please Note: Students who are not prepared to fully participate may be removed from the virtual workshop and may rejoin once they are able to actively engage.
