Bauer House (2+ Years)
The Bauer House 2+ Year LLC is designed for sophomore, junior, and senior students in the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. This community offers a space for returning Bauer students to continue building on their academic, professional, and personal growth while connecting with like-minded peers.

Bauer House 2+ Year LLC will be housed in the Quads.

How to Apply
Login on to your myHousing Portal through AccessUH to submit your Housing Agreement and apply for an LLC.
Priority Room Selection will occur from November 3, 2025 through December 1, 2025 for Returning Students going into their second year and above that plan to live on campus for Fall 2026-Spring 2027. During this period, the $150 housing application fee will be waived.
*You must be a sophomore, junior, or senior student to the university and specifically to Bauer to be a part of the Bauer House for 2+ Year LLC.
