- “Why did you choose to pursue this role within TBLCP this year?”
“The reason I chose to pursue this role within TBLCP stems from the positive impact this program has had on my own journey. Throughout my time in TBLCP, I was encouraged by the support of the instructors, peer advisors, and the meaningful connections I built with my peers. Through these experiences, I developed as a leader and gained confidence in myself and my abilities. Because of what I received through this program, I felt compelled to give back by pouring into others in the same way TBLCP poured into me. I am truly excited to serve as a Peer Advisor and work alongside my fellow advisors to support, encourage, and guide the next group of Ted Bauer leaders this coming year!”

“I chose to pursue this role within TBLCP because I believe in its impact on personal and professional growth. As a former participant, I got to see the intentionality and thoughtfulness behind each workshop and event. Everything was carefully curated to help participants better understand themselves and become the best versions of themselves, and I wanted to be a part of that. This year, I'm excited to support participants as they build confidence, discover their strengths, and continue growing as leaders.”

- “Why did you choose to pursue this role within TBLCP this year?”
“As John C. Maxwell said, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” After experiencing TBLCP as a participant, I feel that I now know the way and have gone the way through the program myself. This year, I want the opportunity to show the way to other students by helping guide, support, and encourage them throughout their own TBLCP journey.”
