Bauer Leadership Night allows students to engage with industry professionals who share insights from their personal leadership journeys. Public Speaking Workshop
The Public Speaking Workshop equips Bauer students with the tools to effectively communicate their ideas. Through interactive practice and feedback, students learn how to effectively communicate information and ideas while presenting with clarity and impact. Whether speaking in class, at interviews, or in leadership roles, this workshop helps students build the communication skills essential for personal and professional success.

Leadership Conversations is an interactive workshop series designed to help students build the practical skills necessary for effective teamwork. Each session focuses on a key aspect of communication and collaboration. Our most recent workshop focused on how to approach and navigate challenging conversations with confidence, empathy, and clarity — an essential skill for any emerging leader.

The StrengthsFinder Series is designed to help Bauer students discover, understand, and apply their unique talents using the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment. Through personalized coaching, students can understand their top 5 Strengths and how they utilize them in their daily lives. This series empowers participants to approach leadership with authenticity and confidence, fostering a deeper understanding of how their strengths contribute to personal and professional success.
The LeaderShape Institute
The LeaderShape Institute (in partnership with LeaderShape) is a transformative, four-day leadership experience that challenges Bauer students to explore their core values, develop a vision grounded in integrity, and lead with purpose. Through interactive activities, small-group dialogue, and personal reflection, participants gain deeper self-awareness and build meaningful connections with their peers. This immersive program empowers students to become change agents — leading with courage, authenticity, and a commitment to creating a more just, caring, and thriving world.
Catalyst
Catalyst (in partnership with LeaderShape) is a one-day leadership workshop designed to help Bauer students explore their authentic leadership potential. Through engaging discussions, interactive activities, and self-reflection, students dive into their personal values, discover what drives them to lead, and learn how to take action with purpose. Whether you're just beginning your leadership journey or looking to deepen your impact, Catalyst provides the spark to help you lead with intention and make a difference in your community.
