Incoming Bauer Students

Applications to live in the Bauer First-Year Living Learning Community (LLC) for the 2026-2027 Academic Year will be available once students have been accepted to C.T. Bauer College of Business and paid their housing agreement fee. If you wish to live in the Bauer First-Year LLC, please select that option on your housing application! Please note that we have a limited number of spots. There is no incentive to apply early, as long as you apply by the deadline, your application will be considered.

Returning Bauer Students

Students who are returning to live on campus and wish to live in the Bauer House LLC will go through the same application process. You may start applying for housing in early November during Priority Room Selection. The $150 application fee will be waived for returning residents who apply before December 1.
