  • All students in Bauer First-Year LLC will live in Cougar Village 1 on the same floor.
  • All rooms are fully furnished with Twin Extra-Long beds, Three Drawer Chest, Desk, Desk Chair, and Mini Refrigerator
  • Four students per suite
  • Private bathroom shared with suite
  • Cougar Village Market (convenience store)
  • Adjacent to Moody Towers Dining Hall
  • Free Laundry Access

Please note: Incoming first-year students can apply for housing once they have been accepted to UH and paid their housing application fee. Incoming students will have until June 30th to apply to Bauer First-Year LLC. For more questions about the housing agreement process visit here.

Perks of Living in The Quads

  • All students in Bauer House LLC will live in The Quads on the same floor with the Residence Hall Floor Plan
  • All suites have living room seating are and kitchenette
  • Four students per suite
  • Private bathroom shared by suite
  • Gated outdoor courtyard
  • Close proximity to dining halls
