Program Goals

Our Mission

The Bauer Living Learning Communities cultivate a dynamic residential environment where business students connect, collaborate, and thrive academically, professionally, and socially. Through integrated learning experiences, peer engagement, and access to faculty, staff, and industry resources, the program empowers students to build meaningful relationships, develop career-ready skills, and succeed within and beyond the classroom.

Our Goals

  1. The Bauer Living Learning Communities aim to support students’ academic success by fostering collaborative learning environments, providing access to academic resources, and encouraging engagement within business coursework.
  2. The program seeks to build a strong sense of community by creating opportunities for meaningful peer connections and helping students feel a sense of belonging within the C.T. Bauer College of Business.
  3. The Bauer Living Learning Communities strive to enhance students’ professional development by connecting them with faculty, staff, alumni, and career-focused experiences that prepare them for future opportunities.
  4. The program promotes personal growth and leadership by encouraging students to develop confidence, self-awareness, and the skills necessary to take on leadership roles within the university and beyond.
  5. The Bauer Living Learning Communities are designed to integrate students’ residential and academic experiences by connecting what they learn in the classroom to real-world applications through intentional programming and engagement.
